Frequently asked questions.

Coaching

What is coaching and who can benefit from it?

Coaching is a collaborative process where we work together to identify your goals, overcome obstacles, and develop actionable strategies to help you achieve your desired outcomes. Coaching is beneficial for anyone feeling stuck—whether facing career challenges, personal obstacles, or needing support in reaching their goals. It’s especially helpful for those who are motivated but may feel discouraged, overwhelmed or unsure of the next steps.

What can I expect in a coaching session?

Each session is tailored to your needs. We’ll start by discussing your current challenges and goals, then work together to develop strategies to move forward. These supportive, non-judgmental sessions typically last about 60 minutes.

What if I can’t attend a session?

If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice, and we’ll find a new time that works for you.

Is coaching the same as therapy?

No. Coaching focuses on achieving specific goals and personal development, while therapy typically addresses mental health concerns and emotional healing. Coaching is ideal for those looking for support in personal growth and goal-setting.

How do I know if coaching is right for me?

If you’re feeling stuck and are ready to explore new possibilities and take action, coaching can be a powerful tool. I recommend starting with a free discovery call to discuss your situation and see if we’re a good match.

What are the payment options?

I offer various packages, including a free 15-minute discovery call and a three-session package for $500. Payment is typically made at the beginning of the coaching relationship.

Can I work with you remotely?

Yes! I offer coaching sessions via phone or video calls, making it easy for you to connect from anywhere.
